Smoking Dragon

Join Laura Holling Kaplan, Master Clay Sculptor, for a fun trip into the world of clay when creating your very own Smoking or Shining Dragon.

This class is perfect for a “Date Night” , “Girls Night Out”

or a “Spend Time with Your Teen Night.”

This class was created for Novice Students so the "Follow Along With Laura" instructions are simple and precise for any level student.

You will start with a lump of clay and tools at your seat and by the end of class

you will have your very own Dragon with its own personality.

No kidding! YOU CAN DO THIS!

You can create it to be used as an incense burner

or can adapt it to house a candle so the light shines

through the scales, eyes and nostrils.

You will choose Glaze colors for your dragon during class.

Once class is completed, All Dragons will be collected and taken

to Laura’s studio to air dry then kiln fired, Glazed and Kiln Fired Again.

Once all Dragons are finished, you will receive an email

on when you can collect them from your class location.

Clay Is Messy!

Please wear an old shirt or

bring an apron to wear during class.
